Day 193 - Fireplace In & DTE Coming

It's day 193 and our fireplace was roughed in yesterday. 

Also, I got a sneak peak of the garage cement. It's cut now and looks awesome. 

Today, DTE should be coming out to connect electrical. Consumers should be connecting our gas any day now. Once we get gas we can pour the basement. 

Day 187 - Basement Prepped for Pouring

It's day 187 and the garage floor is almost set. Because it's been so cold, we had to heat the garage so the cement would set appropriately. 

We are also going to be pouring the basement soon. The plastic moisture barrier is down and now we are just waiting for good weather.
