Day 606 - Carpet, finally!

Carpet is in! That means I can move in... Appliances to come soon! 

Day 588 - Pending Plumbing & Electrical Approvals

It's day 588 and the inspectors are coming today to approve or reject our final plumbing and electrical. Can't wait to hear what they say. The next step will be Final Approval and carpet before closing with the bank. It's getting super close to move in time and I'm super excited!

It's day 587 and our toilets and faucets are flowing with water! Ready for final plumbing and electrical approvals tomorrow!

Day 583 - Ready for Grout!

It's day 583 and our last bathroom is finally ready for grout!

It's day 581 and the tub for our master bath is finally in!

Tomorrow the tile guy can finish the tile around the tub and in the shower. 

I also installed the wall sconces in the half bath.

It's day 568 and our laundry room countertop was installed today...

Also, our full bath has finally been tiled! No grout yet, but soon!
