Dropping Trees

We have had a very cold and snowy winter so far but we need to get rid of these trees. Uncle Wendell came to help John and I cut some really big trees down. Here's some highlights:

New Year, New Home!

Thanks to the winter storm Hercules, progress has stopped at the lot. Our cut wood is frozen together and our lot is covered with snow. Before the snow came, we started stacking up some of our wood in the back of the lot to get it out of the way. Here's a picture... 

We also were able to deliver some more limestone to our temporary driveway making it easier to access the lot. (See John below.)
